Excite AV installed an amazing sound system at my tearoom in Bishop's Stortford. The guys worked through the night to ensure the didn't disturb our opening times. They installed speakers in our garden area too, it's made the world of difference to our overall customer experience. It's so different now the sound is a good level throughout the shop whereas before you could only hear the our music at the front. Gareth and Alex ensured all my staff knew how to use the equipment and have been in touch twice to make sure everything is working as it should. I would highly recommend Excite AV from start to finish and look forward to working with them in the future.

Excite AV installed my new music system in January 2016. I have a tearoom with an outside area, this equipment has helped create a great atmosphere whether my customers are sitting inside or in the garden. The team arrived after we closed and installed through the night. Nothing was too much trouble for Gareth, He even came back the next morning to run me through the system to make sure I knew how to use everything. Excite Audio Visual have done such a great job in bringing our conference rooms in our hotel to the modern age of technology. Each room has had AV installs suitable for conferences and weddings consisting of ceiling mounted projectors, pull down screens, TV's wall mounted and sound systems. All of our guests have been so impressed with our upgrades. It is simple to use for the presenters and our staff when setting up. Its pretty much as easy as plug one lead into your laptop and you're good to go. The image and sound are excellent quality. Gareth, Alex and his team have been an absolute pleasure to work with. Nothing was too much trouble for them and were so adaptable in terms of fitting installs around our room bookings, even at last minute and also amending quotes to ensure we got just what we wanted. They are also extremely competitive in price compared to other companies out there. They did such a great job I will now be using them to install more conference rooms at another hotel in our group. I couldn't recommend them enough. Thank you guys!
