We are happy to inform that the installation of our most recent audio-visual project at Dar Al Arken’s third-floor offices at 50 Hans Crescent, London, SW1X 0NA, has been successfully completed.
Modern audio-visual equipment was designed, purchased, and installed in their conference rooms and breakout space as part of the project. We were able to offer a tailored solution that properly satisfies the business’s distinct requirements for a contemporary, dynamic office by working closely with Dar Al Arken.
Overview of the Project Objectives
The main goals of this project were to: • Install cutting-edge AV equipment in the conference rooms for video conferencing, presentations, and teamwork.
- To design a breakout space that is adaptable and simple to use and that encourages both formal and informal encounters.
- To make sure the experience is seamless and works with Dar Al Arken’s current IT infrastructure.

- Screens for incredibly clear and vibrant presentations.
- Smart Interactive Whiteboards: For group brainstorming and collaborative conversations.
- Modern Speaker Systems: To deliver acoustic clarity of the highest calibre.
- Video conferencing systems: for constant communication and worldwide accessibility.
- Custom Control Systems: To make it simple to manage every AV component.
- 6 x 2 Video wall for the breakout area with a BRIGHTSIGN 4K UHD DIGITAL SIGNAGE PLAYER.
Our team carried out a thorough site evaluation during the preliminary stage to identify the project’s unique requirements and limitations. In response, we developed a customised project plan that specified the apparatus to be placed and the deadline for completion.
The audio-visual equipment was carefully installed by our qualified technicians, who made sure that every component was calibrated for optimum performance. To keep the room’s beauty, we adhered to best practises for cable management and equipment placement.
After installation, the AV systems underwent a battery of testing to guarantee their dependability and functionality. Once the setup was up to our high standards, a formal handover and training session for the Dar Al Arken staff on how to use the new systems effectively were held.
