Transforming Meeting Capabilities with Advanced AV Solutions
Based just off Soho Square, London Influence Associates came to us with the requirement to create a top end meeting room with MS Teams and Zoom functions to operate the many video-conferencing calls they make during any given day.
Their current set up was just a screen with no such function as a video bar, so they were just using a plug-in camera and a laptop.
Having digested their requirements, attended a site survey, we followed up with our proposal which was warmly received, shortly followed by an order for what we had proposed.
Following that we booked a date for the installation with IA, which was one day to fit a 65” commercial screen with a BOSE VB1 video bar, HDMI & USB C Input plate, all cabling infrastructure, set up configuration & a demonstration of how to use the equipment for their meetings.
We also spent some time re-programming the main screen in the boardroom to work hand in hand with the reception screen for their SKY TV subscription. To make sure we achieved solid playback on both screens we used a high-quality HDMI splitter to send the signal to both screens out of the Sky box.
