Revolutionizing AV Infrastructure for Office Spaces in ITF House
Excite AV were brought in to improve the AV facilities alongside the rebuild of the office spaces in 2020/21.
Within the re-fit we had various conversations with the project manager Sam, who was keen to make sure the equipment supplied and installed would be much more intuitive than the existing kit that was being taken down.
Therefore, to ensure we provided the correct equipment that would be sufficient for the daily tasks that would be happening within the office spaces and breakout areas, we provided supplier demonstrations and testing of the kit prior to a purchase order.
Following the demonstrations, we were asked to supply and install a full fit out in three rooms using our bespoke BOSE VB1 Video Bar VBW wall mount screen design, cabling infrastructure, Mini PC’s, wireless keyboards, mouse sets and table control tablets.
These systems are capable of running MS Teams, Google Meet & Zoom meetings.
In the training room we provide a Samsung 85” interactive touch screen on a floor to wall bracket with HDMI connection and wall tablet control system using Neets products.
In the breakout area we provided 65” TVs with soundbars and wireless content sharing devices Airtame 2 for sharing laptop content.
Finally, we provided a room booking system called Roomz so clients can book the rooms out for meetings. This can be achieved remotely using cloud-based systems.
