Revolutionizing Learning and Meetings: NCTJ Newport Essex’s AV Transformation
We were asked to provide a hybrid training room for group sessions for the large meeting room, followed by a second smaller set up for the 8-person meeting room behind the main large room.
We carried out supplier demos followed by leaving the equipment with the customer for a two-week period, which went swimmingly. Following the demo, we were given a Purchase Order to complete the works.

The main room consisted of a 65” screen, BOSE VB1, Avercam second camera, cabling infrastructure and a Mini PC with keyboard and mouse. To help with noise cancellation we also supplied and fitting acoustic panelling to the ceilings within the room. The Mini PC is programmed with all software apps including MS Teams, Zoom & Avercam to operate the systems.
The second room consisted of a 55” screen on a wall bracket, a BOSE VB1 video bar, cabling infrastructure, a Mini PC – wireless keyboard and mouse set up.
We also supplied and fitted acoustic panelling to this room to help with noise cancellation.

Our contact Kathryn from NCTJ was very happy with the outcome in both rooms as were the team who work in the offices each day.
“Excite were a joy to work with, great communication and demonstrations. They also went out of their way make sure we were 100% sure on what we were buying into. I would highly recommend them for AV services.”
