In late 2021 we were asked to put a proposal forward to make each room within the offices hi-tec with the latest video conferencing equipment to give them the best chance to run meetings and training sessions.

Helping others help others with state-of-the-art Audio-Visual Video Conferencing systems

Within the AV build we were also asked to supply TV screens for the breakout areas, so the visitors could watch TV as and when needed.

There were several rooms to provide AV Systems for, which included one large 12-person meeting room, two smaller 8-person meeting rooms and 6 huddle rooms over two floors.

On the ground floor we were asked to future proof for a projector system set up

After submitting our proposal, followed by a demonstration of potential VC kit we could deploy in each room, our client was happy with our quote, and we moved forward with first fix cabling within a couple of weeks.

Each room had a 6-week turnaround, which meant we was working to a tight deadline with both the client and the builders to make sure all was up and running

Within the build we used various brands such as BOSE VB1’S with surrounds for the video bars, Bose ceiling speakers, amplification, Avercam for second camera’s, audio technical table mics for the larger rooms, Samsung screens, HDMI / USB input plates & cabling infrastructure.

Mission accomplished.

Our client from shelter had these words to say.

“The Excite team were /are a joy to deal with, their experience within AV really helped find the perfect solution for what we required.
Throughout the proposal stage and installation phase Alex and his installation team from Excite were always on hand to support changes to spec and room changes.
Advice for what would suit the changes was always there and we can’t thank them enough.”
