Project Overview

Stephanie Louise Clinics, a respected aesthetics and wellness centre located in the heart of Bishops Stortford, partnered with Excite Technology to enhance its shopfront communication and create a stronger presence on the high street.

Client Background

Stephanie Louise Clinics is known locally for its professional, friendly approach and high-quality aesthetic treatments. With a busy shopfront location and consistent foot traffic, the clinic identified an opportunity to improve how information was presented externally while maintaining a clean, modern interior aesthetic.

Stephanie approached Excite Technology for guidance on selecting a display that would complement the clinic’s branding, perform reliably in a bright window environment, and remain easy to manage day to day.

Project Goals

The digital signage solution needed to:

  • Increase visibility and attract attention from pedestrians

  • Present treatments, offers, and key information professionally

  • Allow fast and simple content updates

  • Match the clinic’s clean, modern interior design

  • Deliver long-term reliability for daily commercial use

A digital display in a clinic window shows promotional content with images of a consultation, a treatment room, and text. The clinic’s name, Stephanie Louise Clinics, is visible on the window behind the screen, highlighting its presence in Bishop’s Stortford.

Installation and Project Delivery

The installation was completed on 17 November 2025 by Excite Technology engineers Carl and Jack. The display provides two screens within a single unit: one outward-facing to engage passers-by, and one inward-facing to enhance communication within the reception area.

Our team managed the project end to end, including consultation, product selection, installation, system configuration, and initial content setup. Care was taken to ensure tidy cable management, secure fixings, and full system testing before handover.

Stephanie was also guided through updating and managing content, enabling the clinic to stay current with promotions, seasonal treatments, and important information.

Why the Allsee 43 Inch Double Sided Display

Shop window environments present specific challenges. Consumer televisions are not designed to handle high ambient light, heat build-up, or extended operating hours. The Allsee double sided display is engineered specifically for these conditions.

Key features include:

  • High-brightness outward-facing screen for daylight visibility

  • Standard brightness inward-facing screen for reception use

  • Slim, commercial-grade design suited to clinical interiors

  • Rated for continuous daily operation

  • Integrated media player and content management system

  • Energy-efficient LED technology to reduce running costs

This combination made the Allsee display an ideal fit for the clinic’s requirements.

A white security camera is mounted on a ceiling near a wall, with two windows showing buildings and cars outside.

Results

  • Increased high-street visibility through a bright, outward-facing display

  • A more modern, polished shopfront presence

  • Improved engagement with both pedestrians and reception visitors

  • Easy content updates without technical complexity

  • A cost-effective, long-term marketing solution

Conclusion

This project demonstrates how well-specified digital signage can support treatment-based businesses by improving presentation, communication, and customer engagement. The Allsee 43 inch double sided digital signage display provides Stephanie Louise Clinics with a professional, flexible solution aligned with the quality of its services.

Excite Technology is proud to have delivered this project from consultation through to completion.
