The Queens Foundation, Birmingham
In 2021 Excite AV were asked to put a proposal forward to The Queens Foundation to upgrade their training rooms with hybrid meeting – training rooms for the staff to train the students online using livestream software, cameras and VC equipment.
After careful consideration and demonstration of the kit, we won the project.
Empowering The Queens Foundation with Cutting-Edge Training Room AV Solutions
Each room was kitted with cabling infrastructure, BOSE VB1 Video bars – VBT trolley, commercial screens on wall mount brackets and trolley mount set ups.
Second camera’s, Mini-PC lectern set ups and wireless keyboard – mouse set ups.
Following the set up we spent some time with the client setting up software’s for them to deliver the perfect hybrid online livestream training sessions.
This included software package downloads, login credential’s being recorded and test sessions taking place live from the training rooms to our offices via zoom.
The rooms were calibrated to work with the foundation’s tablets with app control.
The Gilmore Room – 2023 Updates
Excite Audio Visual Ltd. started a thrilling initiative in August 2023 in The Gilmore Room at The Queens Foundation as a result of Dr. Jen Smith, the foundation’s E-learning Development teacher, inviting the company.
We were given the duty of converting the area into a cutting-edge audio visual training room, which signified the continuation of our collaboration.
To enhance the viewing experience, a robust TV wall mount, a flexible TV cart, and high-quality TV screens were all included in the thorough installation. In addition, we provided a state-of-the-art Mini PC, a BOSE VB1 video bar for superior audio quality, and a PTZ Avercam professional camera to support smooth presentations and webinars.
We put a strong cabling infrastructure in place and supplied expert engineers to make this idea a reality, guaranteeing flawless functionality. The end result was a hybrid training facility that significantly improved their educational environment in another room within The Queens Foundation campus.
