At Excite Audio Visual, we take pleasure in offering state-of-the-art AV solutions that are customised to each individual client’s demands. We recently had the honour of collaborating with the Uttlesford District Council to improve their council meetings by installing cutting-edge discussion systems at two strategic locations: Saffron Walden and Little Canfield.

Overview

Our team implemented comprehensive AV equipment to ensure seamless communication and engagement during council meetings. This involved the installation of an intricate cabling infrastructure, high definition iiyama screens for clear visuals, and advanced camera systems. To facilitate dynamic discussions, we equipped the chambers with Shure push-to-talk microphones and wireless microphones, ensuring every voice is heard clearly.

Live Broadcasting

We configured both systems for live broadcasting since we understand how important openness and accessibility are. This promotes community involvement by enabling the public to observe meetings in real time. Furthermore, our setup allows council members to take part from a distance, guaranteeing that their opinions are heard no matter where they are.

Reliable Solutions

To do this, we made use of high-end equipment, such as Ubiquiti’s reliable networking solutions, Birddog’s excellent video encoding capabilities, and Avercam’s excellent video capture capabilities. We used Lea Professional and QSC equipment for sound reinforcement, guaranteeing a high-end audio experience that raises the standard of the meetings.
